Hello! I am Nikash, a sophomore at Cypress Bay High School. I am happy to be a part of the journey towards helping the special needs community through the arts. After practicing traditional art for as long as I can remember, and musical arts for over 10 years, my inspiration for this organization came from my piano teacher. She always dedicated extra time to help special needs students learn piano. This taught me of the struggles they go through and how hard it is for students with special needs to find creative outlets. I know that art and music has changed my life, so I created My Art Beats to spread the joy of creativity with those who are neglected such opportunities.

Mahitha Gundre

Hi! I’m Mahitha, a sophomore at Cypress Bay High School. I’ve always been passionate about using art and music as a way to connect with people, especially those in the special needs community. Through My Art Beats, I’ve had the opportunity to help students express themselves creatively and build meaningful connections. Outside of the organization, I am a certified Bharatanatym dancer, and have been performing at several events since the age of 3. As a dancer, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the arts can be in bringing people together, and I love being able to share that with others.

Saanvi Epuri

Hi! I’m Saanvi, a sophomore at Cypress Bay High School. I’ve always believed in the power of music and art to bring people closer and make a meaningful difference in their lives. With My Art Beats, I’ve been able to work with students in the special needs community, helping them express themselves in creative and impactful ways. I have loved to sing and draw since I was 4 years old, and that love of music and art has grown even stronger with every passing day. Music has always been a way in which I communicate with others, and I appreciate every opportunity to share that passion.

Rithiha Senthilkumar

Hello everyone, I'm Rithiha, a sophomore at Cypress Bay High School. With a passion for the arts, I've explored and am currently exploring various mediums, including violin, Carnatic music, Bharatnatyam, and Crafts. Beyond my artistic pursuits, I take an interest in medicine. I'm excited to be part of this organization as it aligns with a great mission. Through this organization, I have had the opportunity to make new connections and meet new people. I hope to see the organization thrive more in the near future!
